Shipping Policies

Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. For shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business day. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout.​ Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2-3 business days.

 

 Bougie Boss Brii will not be responsible for any items lost in shipping process. If your package say it delivered and you have not received it contact USPS.

 

 If your package is shipped back because of wrong address it will be your responsibility to pay for shipping fees again.

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 Returns: Items must be returned in their natural state. All items must be unworn and unwashed and include everything in package within 4 days.  If these steps are not followed, it will be denied. Refunds will be put back on whichever form of payment was used. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refund:You may request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase. After that  you will be issued a store credit.
